If you have failed to lose weight using popular weight loss books, diets, and methods – the “One Day Way” may be your answer.
By breaking down personal goals using the “One Day” mindset, weight loss and lifestyle changes become more manageable. This book spends a lot of time dealing with the “mental” aspect of dieting, weight loss and healthier food choices, as well as offering a couple of beginning meal plans.
The first meal plan helps you eat for weight loss while the second meal plan shows you how to maintain your ideal weight. The author also includes 31 strength training exercises using only an exercise ball and/or resistance bands.
I liked that she added detailed exercise photos which show just how simple the exercises are and also proves that you don’t need an expensive gym membership or fancy home equipment to get a high quality, effective workout.
