Life Without Limits

Nick Vujicic, author of Life Without Limits, is one of the most upbeat, positive people I’ve ever read about.  Where many people in his situation would be mad at God, Nick isn’t bitter, resentful, nor does he feel sorry for himself.  He’s a classic example of “taking lemons and making lemonade” out of what others might consider a horrible situation.

Nick was born without arms or legs, yet he accomplishes more in his daily schedule than most of us might accomplish in a week!  I was amazed at his energy, positive outlook and his love for God and others.  No wonder he is such an inspiration; he motivates and encourages others whose problems are actually quite small, compared to the challenges Nick has faced.  Nick’s joy is very obvious in his testimony and it reminded me of the verse in Nehemiah that says “the joy of the Lord is your strength.”  Truly, Nick’s joy and faith in God has propelled him to a life he never imagined.  Nick has spoken in over 19 countries all over the world, and also started a non-profit organization called Life Without Limbs.
