The very first thing that I noticed about this book is how colorful and sturdy it is. It’s perfect size for tossing in a gym bag, brief case or backpack. All of the pictures are in color which makes it very appealing to the eye.
This book will help guide readers on a 40 day journey to losing, gaining or maintaining weight and offers an easy to follow plan that incorporates the physical, spiritual and the medical. Each day offers a morning reflection and an evening wrap up. Included in each day’s plan are various tips which cover movement, work, faith, medical, emotional, family & friends and nutrition.
However, readers should keep in mind that this is NOT an intensive plan so there aren’t recipes or tons of facts about food and nutrition. If you are looking to lose a lot of weight, you could use this as a supplement to more in-depth weight loss program. This book is basically a stepping stone to help implement better habits or make some changes in your lifestyle.
