This consists of four major factors: attraction, acceptance, attachment, aspiration. After a great deal of research, the author condenses his findings into this book which shares how to fall in love, how to stay in love, and how to fall in love again.
What I found interesting about this book, is that although most people think falling "head over heels" in love, guarantees a strong, long lasting relationship, Joe points out, using research that this isn't the case. This type of love can be fickle. "The Love Path" which Joe describes in this book, is the pattern for genuine love, which is committed and strong. If you enjoy self help type books, and are interested in the psychology of romance and relationships, this is a great book to read.
